OPC Connect X – Refund Policy

A refund request will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of license purchase.
• The reported issue is genuine, reproducible, and confirmed by the Miraki Labs technical support team.
• The issue is determined to be a critical product limitation or defect that prevents the software from functioning as documented and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe through technical support or a software update.

Refunds will not be provided for, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or accidental purchase.
• Incorrect product selection by the customer.
• Compatibility, configuration, network, hardware, operating system, or third-party software issues outside the control of Miraki Labs.
• Failure to meet system requirements or deployment prerequisites.
• Requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date.
• Licenses that have been misused, modified, or transferred in violation of the License Agreement.

Customers must contact Miraki Labs Support with the purchase details and a description of the issue. Our technical team may request logs, screenshots, or remote troubleshooting access to verify the reported problem.

• If the issue qualifies under this policy and cannot be resolved, the approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Miraki Labs reserves the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis and make the final decision regarding refund eligibility.
